What is your return and refund policy?

Our return policy varies from case to case. We are NOT responsible for the package after it has been shipped so if it is lost in mail, or is stolen, it is not our responsibility and we unfortunately cannot provide refunds or accept returns. If you simply do not like the item or it is not the size you expected it to be, we unfortunately cannot provide refunds or returns either. Once purchased and the order went through, we will be unable to provide refunds unless under very special occassion. Can I get exact measurements for products?

We do not provide exact measurements on listings as it takes too much time, but if there is an item you would like to get exact measurements for, we are happy to provide them if you contact us on instagram, @bloody.tragedies . Response time may be a tad slow but we will get to you as fast as possible.
